Announcements

We’re excited to share that a variety of engaging events will be coming soon! These include our Pop-Up Mental Health Camps. Our upcoming programs are designed to give people strategies and techniques they can use when struggling with their mental health.

Each event offers a welcoming space for individuals and families to grow, learn, and connect with others in a supportive environment. Be sure to check back regularly for updates, registration details, and new opportunities to get involved. We can’t wait to create, connect, and grow together.

St. Patrick's Day SEL

Pop-Up Art Camp (Coming in March)

This camp will include two creative activities centered around self-image and personal identity. Together, we will explore the idea of the “masks” people sometimes wear in public settings and what they represent. Through thoughtful discussion and art-making, participants will reflect on how these masks can shape how we see ourselves and how others see us.

By building awareness and encouraging authentic self-expression, this experience is designed to help individuals feel more confident, comfortable, and empowered in their true selves.

Celebrating Women Who Paved the Way

Pop-Up Art Camp (Coming in April)

This camp will honor and celebrate the women in our lives who have helped shape our journeys and pave the way toward our success. Through reflection and creative expression, participants will have the opportunity to recognize and appreciate the strength, guidance, and encouragement they have received along the way.

It is meaningful to pause and remember those who have supported us, believed in us, and helped us grow. We all have people in our circle who uplift us and inspire us to become our best selves, and this experience is designed to celebrate those connections while deepening gratitude and empowerment.

Planting New Seeds

Pop-Up Art Camp (Coming in April)

In this session, participants will learn how to plant and care for a seed as a hands-on symbol of growth and possibility. Through this meaningful activity, we will explore how, just like seeds, we can continue to grow, adapt, and begin again at any stage of life.

This project is a reminder that you are not limited to one path. As you grow and discover more about yourself, you can choose new directions, set new goals, and plant new “seeds” for your future. It’s an opportunity to reflect, embrace change, and feel empowered in your journey.

Learning Every Day Skills

Pop-Up Mental Health Camp (Coming Soon)

In this session, we will use sewing kits as a fun and engaging way to practice important life skills such as tying shoes, braiding, and more. Through hands-on learning, participants will build confidence while strengthening fine motor skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.

We will also focus on foundational skills like cutting paper safely, holding a pencil comfortably, and developing coordination. Each activity is thoughtfully designed to promote independence, boost self-confidence, and celebrate progress at every step.
